Does what the title says, with one caveat

The only thing the app doesn’t do well is to connect ideas in a non-hierarchy. That is, if the iteas form a “mesh” rather than a “tree,” it’s not possible to link them in a practical and effective way. That said, it’s an excellent app for outlining most knowledge trees/hierarchies.
